Brewing this week Tiller, Strauss & Simcoe on Sinewaves

This week here in Keighley, Yorkshire’s best town, we are brewing Tiller Pin 4.2% we are onto the new season’s Citra hops with an extra little seasonal lift in intensity.

Also we needed a 5% IPA so we have had a bit of a tweak to the Simcoe on Sinewaves recipe.

Then a reet blast from the past too with Strauss Lager 4.9%, we’ll be keg conditioning this lager as we will be splitting it in two and adding some German Sinamar dark malt extract to create a Dark / Black Lager.

Tiller Pin is in stock in Firkin and Pin right now.

Simcoe on sine waves will be available in cask in approx 2 week with the Keykegs a week later.

Strauss Lager will be about 4 weeks before being ready, we will be Casking a small amount of the Lagers this time.
