Abyss Stout brewing today

You lot seriously love your Dark beers, it’s not always easy to keep things in stock in the right formats, Firkins, Pins, Kegs…. Sometimes it only takes a couple of customers to put in some mega Pin orders and the stock goes!

A simple start of boil addition of Admiral hops is all Abyss Stout needs to give balance, the blend of Extra Pale, Naked Oat malt, crystal malt, roast barley, chocolate malt and a hint of Amber malt go into making it. Plus a Chloride heavy liquor treatment for a good mouth feel.

This will be going into Firkins and Pins next week. You can order in all the usual ways. Or if you fancy Bag in box please shout now so it can be filled from tank to order.

Tiller Pin was brewed yesterday to keep stocks up.
