All that brewery stuff
Hello fellow beer lovers, myself and Emma have just had a relaxing 10 days off work, we are back to it this week so here’s a quick rundown of what happened while we were away (When I say ‘away’ its not like we have the money to spend on a nice holiday or go abroad or anything like that).
Tiller Pin 4.2%, Eagly 3.9% and Blonde 3.6% all went into Cask and are available to order now.
There is a wholesale pallet heading out to Dayla Drinks this week with Blonde, Tiller & Everyday Carry on it so if you are in the Buckinghamshire area be sure to hit them up for some lovely beers from Yorkshire.
Temporary Traffic lights 4.5% is tasting good and will be going into Cask on Wednesday, its a very refreshing Session IPA, Dry hopped, Unfined & Vegan. Casks available to order, Keykegs will be available in about a week.
There’s a bunch of beers going out this week to a small Pub group, a very welcome addition to this week’s sales, and much needed, cracking pubs too. Its a easy drinking NZ Pale and Gluten free.
Brewing this week, cos the sun shines and people drink Tiller Pin…. is TILLER PIN!!! Though thats it for brewing as we have good stocks of a bunch of great beers all in good nick!
We filled another Skip at our Low Street premises yesterday, today I’ll be grinding more plaster off the original tiling and trying to pull up approx 3 layers of old floor covering / lino. Then tomorrow the joiner starts on the staircase and some repair work on a small handful of joists.
See you all Saturday 28th for beers and the Peacock’s Indian Food, we are open from 12 til 7pm, Family and Dog friendly, 6x handpulled and 4x kegged beers, Wines and Soft Drinks available, we will have 3x Cask beers from the wood too.
Cheers, and buy some beer!
