Brewing this week, Blonde, Imagine Darkness & Dassler

A nice full brewing week this week, Blonde 3.6% brewed Tuesday, today we are brewing Imagine Darkness 4.5% Treacle Stout with is a subtle tweak to our Black Bauble Stout from Christmas. Tomorrow we brew Dassler Lager 4.2% for the first time in quite a while.

Blonde & Imagine Darkness should be in cask between Monday & Wednesday next week, Dassler Helles Lager will be ready in its own sweet time 😉
