Brewing this week – Tiller, Gaggle & Eezee

Tiller Pin, Gaggle Lager & Eezee Session Pale are all brewing this week, Tiller (Cask) & Gaggle (keykeg) are already in stock and available to order, Eezee will be in cask in about a week’s time. Please order in all the usual ways.

What we’ve not really told you is that for the last couple of brews of Gaggle Lager have been Gluten Free, and I’ve just sent the tweaked Keg clip artwork to the printer so it’s official and says what it is on the badge! This means each batch of Gaggle, or other beer that we call Gluten Free, will have had a sample sent away for Lab testing and we only release the beer once we know its passed the test.

Pixie Juice 5% GF Pale went into Cask and Keykeg along with a brew of Blonde 3.6% into Cask, Pixie juice will be available once the GF test comes back, about a week from now. We’ve also tweaked the Pixie Juice recipe, moved some hops from the Dry Hopping to the end of boil for a fuller flavour, tweaked the liquor (Brewing Water) treatment and added quite a chunk of German Weyermann Acidmalt which finally brings the J U I C E to the Pixie, we’d really like to know what you think of this iteration, Cheers.

This week is also the first part of our stock-build ahead of the amazing Beatherder Festival, you’ll find our beers around the festival site with the biggest range at the ‘Beyond’ bar where our 6-tap keg bar will be set up.
