The brewery smells great!

Today we are brewing our Ginger P’ale 4.8% You only zing twice (Named like its like a Bond movie mashed up with Hotel Transylvania!), it’s for a light coloured malt bill with Extra Pale, Torrefied Flaked Rice & a little CaraGold malt, hopped with Celeia and Bobek with additions of Dried Lemon Peel and a whole 60kg of Diced Ginger root.

Needless to say the brewery smells flippin’ awesome!!!

This Ginger beer will mostly be going into 30L Keykegs and a small handful of Pins, if you want it in Firkins you need to give us a shout now.

It will be ready in Keykeg in about 2 weeks, Pins a little sooner. Cheers
