New pale ale brewing today, Random 4% is whatever we want it to be, just so long as it’s Pale and 4%! This one is using NZ Waimea and US Mosaic, it will be Fined/Clear. 👍

A new Brown Ale brewing tomorrow, we planned this in for the Kirkstall Brewery beer celebration but for a number of reasons we won’t be there, we’re brewing the beer anyway, the first of two beers the other being a local homage.
